Turmeric monograno with clams and courgette flowers
Ingredients for 4 people:
1 kg of clams of your choice
320 g spaghetti
10/15 clean courgette flowers
1 clove of garlic
4/5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil ..
Salt and Pepper To Taste
A hint of turmeric powder
A sprig of parsley
Brown the garlic clove in the oil in a pan suitable to contain the kilo of clams.
Pour the clams and close with a lid, shake them from time to time until they are all hatched.

Separately in a saucepan, bring the water to a boil, add salt and add a tip of a teaspoon of turmeric, pour the spaghetti and cook them al dente
Drain the spaghetti and pour them into the sauce obtained.
Skip and add a few tablespoons of pasta cooking water, sprinkle if you have a few pinches of rice flour, you will get a cream.
Serve hot finishing with parsley, freshly ground pepper and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
