Transforming the products of the earth is my life's work because it allows me to communicate, through each jar, something about myself and this form of communication is the one that most reflects my desire to open up to others. My company was born in 1996 in a small artisan workshop. After a lot of experience in the processing of vegetable products, I decided to give my company an identity by focusing passion, resources and commitment on Tropea Calabria IGP red onion and Calabrian chilli, fundamental protagonists of the food culture of my territory that have become the ingredients main of my preserves.

The "Suriano" complying with the rigorous regulations of the relative protection Consortium, uses in its productions only "Red onion of Tropea Calabria IGP" whose prevalent cultivation takes place right in the area of ​​the company headquarters. Thanks to the sharing of passion with scholars and experts in the sector, I have concentrated with enormous enthusiasm on the interesting food, social and cultural implications of the chili pepper universe.

The wide range of proposals, rich in sauces, preserves and specialties based on red pepper and Tropea red onion, is characterized by products that do not contain preservatives. The integrity and quality are guaranteed not by chemical processes, but by the knowledge of physical processes of natural processing that ensure perfect conservation.
