These Noodles are really very simple to make and very tasty.
Ingredients:
Noodles 300 g
Fillet of St. Peter's fish, about 400 g
Chickpeas, 320 g
Ginger, a tail
Papaya 10 g
Curuma and Cumin a tip of a teaspoon
Mustard seeds, half a teaspoon
Fresh coriando a tuft
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Preparation:
Fry the ginger, papaya and spices in a few tablespoons of oil until the seeds crackle. Boil the chickpeas in a lot of rosemary or use those in a jar.
Clean or have your fishmonger do the fish fillets and cut them into chunks, then put them in the prepared sauce.
Let it go for a few minutes and I must have cooked the Noodles, pour them together with the chickpeas in the sauce obtained.
Sprinkle with lots of fresh cilantro or parsley and sauté.
Put on a plate and serve hot. Finish with freshly ground pepper.
