In February 2013 the “Colpi di Coda” association was born in Conflenti. The idea was already taking shape in October 2012. When a very affectionate black dog shows up in the garden of a volunteer with five puppies in tow. "Where are we going to put these now?" Five minutes and the solution had been found. A small shelter that could host the strays of the country in a private land.

The commitment of the association

Attempting to help our four-legged friends to find them a family, a lifelong friend or simply a refuge awaiting adoption.
"Colpi di Coda" mainly deals with dogs and cats even if there are some nice episodes with little domestic animals, such as the recovery of a puppy of fox wounded in the leg and handed over to the competent CRAS for the necessary treatment.

Over the years, the association has had eighteen dogs adopted and today it hosts twelve dogs from two to nine years old. Unfortunately someone has crossed the "Rainbow Bridge" but always remains in the hearts of the volunteers ...   

The feeling that holds the tiny group of kids together is love for all animals.
