Two and a half years after taking office, Danilo Iervolino is reportedly considering leaving the world of football and is inclined to sell Salernitana. This is what 'TuttoSport' reports on newsstands today, explaining that the current president currently has the priority of selling. Iervolino would no longer be interested in having the club. It is clear that in Serie A the club would certainly have had more appeal, but even after relegation to Serie B there is no shortage of possible buyers.
At the moment – we read in the newspaper – there are already two offers: an entrepreneur of Italian origins and an Italian fund. The 'Corriere dello Sport' adds that a binding offer is expected by May 21st.
