The primary commitment for ADAS Onlus is to guarantee assistance and support to environmental patients and their families to improve their quality of life and for this reason it has set up the Biobank and put on a staff of Experts who offer free qualified advice. Aware that the most effective form of prevention is adopting a correct lifestyle, it spreads the culture of health to help make daily choices that can guarantee well-being while respecting the environment; carries out information and awareness activities on environmental diseases and supports Scientific Research in the field of environmental diseases.
After five years of activity and daily commitment he founded the online newspaper ilpapaverorossoweb to help reflect on the major issues of the environment and health. He believes this information tool is able to strengthen communication and therefore to reach more easily all those affected by environmental diseases, their families and those who wish to commit to an environment free from risk factors for health. But the final goal is much more ambitious: to broaden the range of information to reach and involve even those who are not yet aware of how important it is to follow a correct lifestyle and a healthy diet.
Why ilpapaverorossoweb?
The red poppy, symbol of the Association, is a beautiful and delicate flower that arises spontaneously in the meadows, but which risks extinction due to herbicides; emblem of a humanity rendered fragile that risks being overwhelmed by the poisons to which it is subjected every day, often unknowingly. The hope is that this information project can grow and become richer and richer thanks to the collaboration of those who want to support it with their own contribution of experience and expertise or with free donations of sums of money or capital goods in favor of ADAS onlus thus giving testimony of solidarity and important encouragement. The donations will be destined to the activities and projects of the Association which acts by guaranteeing traceability and transparency in the management of funds. Thanks to all those who believed in this informative project and made it possible with their commitment: to journalists, experts, web masters, graphic designers and those who felt they were collaborating with enthusiasm.
