Passage to Dubai is a transmission that takes you through the adventures, the giant streets, the skyscrapers and the hidden corners of a controversial and spectacular place, almost totally unknown.
My name is Vincenzo Albano and I have been traveling the world for years in search of inspiration for a story and new music.
For seven years I have been running a program that is now called Passage to Dubai, broadcast on Strawberry Radio every Sunday at 18.30.
I'm a painter born in Pordenone in 1981 and I work as Implementation manager for an advertising agency in Dubai. My paintings are oils on canvas and have been exhibited in Venice, Amsterdam, London and Chicago.
The music I play is linked to my London rocknroll past and the new scents of this spectacular place. I would like to take you to discover new things, since when you hear new things, the senses are more open.
