To make these soft cherry squares first, wash the cherries and remove the stone from them. In a planetary mixer, whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is frothy.
Add the yogurt, then the warm melted butter, the lemon zest and the flour sifted with the baking powder. Finally, flour and add the cherries. Grease and coat a baking pan with parchment paper, pour the mixture, bake at 170 ° C for 40/45 ', always do the toothpick test. Cut into squares, sprinkle with icing sugar and decorate with some cherries.
