We want to introduce you to a long tradition of pleasant and refined elixirs, which starts from the Ancient Abbey of Corazzo and reaches the present day: the Gentile Liquorificio.

The Gentile Liquorificio was born in Carlopoli, in the province of Catanzaro, in 2000.
For the preparation of the liqueurs it is inspired by ancient Cistercian recipes of the monks who lived in the Abbey of Santa Maria di Corazzo located in the territory of Reventino and precisely in the Municipality of Carlopoli.
Respect for tradition, therefore, which is combined with creativity, reinterpretation, innovation and the search for new raw materials.
Each bottle of liqueur contains drops of this land, preserving ancient, unique and unmistakable flavors and smells.

Refined elixirs, pleasant to the taste, genuine and of quality, born from aromatic herbs, often wild, and carefully selected citrus fruits.
We present some of them.
Amaro Eremita, with aromatic herbs of Calabria. An excellent digestive to be enjoyed at room temperature or frozen.
The Blanc, coffee liqueur.
Liquorice liquorice. The Corazzo wild fennel liqueur, prepared by infusing wild fennel flowers harvested in the mountains of Presilane.

Limonì, the limoncello liqueur, prepared by infusing freshly picked Calabrian lemon peels in alcohol. Grappa brandy of marc. Nocino which as per tradition is produced with walnuts harvested in San Giovanni. And finally, Aranzhu: wild anise liqueur, Pimpinella Anisum L., which also grows in the Sila mountains, with a fresh and decisive flavor.
