Chicken with potatoes: the ingredients

These are the ingredients needed to make your recipe: 1 kilo of chicken; 1 kilo of potatoes; an onion; a clove of garlic; 2 sprigs of rosemary; sage; salt (just enough); extra virgin olive oil EVO (just enough); black pepper.

The procedure to follow

Here, however, the procedure for making the recipe of the day. First, start peeling the onion and garlic and cut them. Then, take the chicken, and remove any residues; wash it, dry it and cut it into small pieces and blanch it. Now switch to potatoes. These are peeled and cut into slices. Then, take a baking dish and add the oil, the chopped garlic and onion, the previously blanched chicken and the potatoes.
