A tour through the century of enlightenment, rich in history and art, represented here in all its beauty. To outline the story, works by Eberhard Keilhau (1624-1687), by Antonio Cifrondi (1656-1730), by Giacomo Francesco Cipper (1656-1730) and by James Ceruti (1698-1767). Not only that, the new exhibition also sees the presence of relocated works belonging to the Brescia civic collections. And others until now kept in the deposits. The new works on which the Tosio Martinengo Art Gallery can count come from the legacy of Domenico Galantino, from the BPER Banca deposit, from the donation of Clara Bottarelli and from the collector Pierangelo Gramignola. Canvases that, in addition to increasing what is the most important collection of Ceruti in the world, recognize the artist as a great portrait painter. However, the news concerning the Tosio Martinengo Art Gallery does not end there. A new format called PTM ARTI + includes a series of performances of dance, theater and music which will be held inside the rooms of the Brescia museum. Finally, the latest news is represented by the launch of the new EasyGuide App. Visitors will now be able to access multimedia content with the audio guide function directly from their smartphone, and thus be guided through the 100 works of the art gallery.
