The Panettone and Pandoro Fair is back again this year in view of the Christmas holidays. The fair is the only national event that promotes the truth Made in Italy in the leavened sector, with a double edition.
The awaited initiative, in fact, will be held in two of the most important cities in Italy: Roma and Milan. The Milanese edition is scheduled for 16 and 17 November 2019 at Navigli Museum. Instead the Roman edition is scheduled for 23 and 24 November all'Sheraton Hotel.
The National Panettone and Pandoro Fair
The National Fair of Panettone and pandoro, deals exclusively with soft baked goods for recurrence, from all over Italy. The main objective of the event is to encourage the production, development and sale of these delicacies from our patisserie.
Furthermore, the promoters of the initiative aim to form commercial networks. In practice, 'productive collaborations' between companies, distributors and consumers capable of supporting the entire sector of Christmas leavened products.

During the fair, various meetings are planned between the production companies and the major distributors in the area. And, again, ad-hoc conferences are scheduled on the study of the market, of soft baked Christmas products. The meetings will benefit from the advice of national experts.
For this year's edition of the fair, there are a great many participants in the event. Some of the most important panettone and pandoro production companies have registered, as well as many other companies that aspire to become industry leader. The contest “Ambassador of the panettone 2019 "
The contest will be held during the fair "Ambassador of panettone 2019". Each visitor to the fair, after free tasting of the various types of panettone, will be able to express a maximum of three or one preference for each panettone tasted. The panettone will be exhibited without the manufacturer's brand.
Who will win the contest receive the official title of "Ambassador of Panettone 2019" for the Milan stage and the Rome stage. The title will be valid until the beginning of the 2020 edition of the National Panettone and Pandoro Fair. Among the novelties of the 2019 edition there is also the official institution of the Panettone Excellence Team', that is a selected group of pastry chefs and bakers with production quality standards of the highest level. They are true experts who share the search for quality and the defense of the artisan manufacturing of baked goods.
The 'Panettone Excellence Team' will bring around Italy the wealth of knowledge of the processing of mother yeast. It will be an itinerant path that will wind through publications, cooking show and training courses for the dissemination of the artisan panettone culture.
