An absolute triumph that of Uffizi of Florence. An extraordinary recognition awarded by the Time Out magazine which compiled the list of 20 best museums and galleries in the world, putting the Florentine museum directed by Eike Schmidt in his head. Florence thus beats Paris and New York. Respectively cities that can count on Louvre and MoMa. Nothing to do, however, in front of a symbolic place of the Italian cultural heritage. The Uffizi is the best museum in the world.

The recognition certifies the beauty and appreciation of the museum from all over the world. In 2021 Time had included the Uffizi in The World's 100 Greatest Places of 2021 list. This time it has conquered the top by beating great places of culture. In fact, the ranking also includes the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Seoul, the National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, the Acropolis in Athens, the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam and the Tate Modern in London.
