Today March 21st is not only the first day of spring but also tiramisu day, the international day of the most loved spoon dessert in the world. For the occasion, a new version of the dessert was born, Stregamisù, prepared with Strega liqueur. An idea of the Tiramisu World Cup which, while awaiting the proclamation of the new tiramisù world champion, presents the dessert with a new and delicious digression on the theme.

The Stregamisu you can taste a Treviso throughout the week of Tiramisù Day, starting yesterday and until next Sunday. Stefano Dassie's ice cream shop, Tre Coni Gambero Rosso in via Sant'Agostino, offers a limited edition of the dessert, also in an ice cream version. And, again, Tiramisù World Cup and Tiramisù Academy present the Tiramisu Cookbook 2023 in digital version. It's about recipes of tiramisucollected during the year. The collection contains not only the creations of the champions, stars and passionate competitors of the Tiramisù World Cup, but also a selection of unpublished preparations.
Among the most curious versions the Radicchiomisu, the Tropical Tiramisu with mango, proposed by the Tiramisu Club Brazil, and Su Tirami, inspired by sushi. It should also be remembered that the specific consumption of tiramisu in consumption outside the home can be identified at around 4,2 million euros. A research conducted by the food delivery Just Eat, in collaboration with Bva Doxa, shows instead that for 66 percent of Italians tiramisu is seen as a convivial dessert. A perfect dessert to make lunch on special occasions or beautiful moments to spend with your loved ones even more special.
