The garden and the private beaches

It is surrounded by a park of 12 thousand square meters composed of secular plants and spontaneous streams. The complex includes two private beaches and three architectures overlooking Lake Maggiore: the main castle, an outbuilding developed on two levels and a cottage of 120 square meters. In the basement there are the service rooms and two cellars. The ground floor has a large entrance, three rooms, a bathroom and the lift that connects the main floors.
