In a very short time, the controversy fell on the unfortunate chef, especially from the proud people of Naples, who said he was largely indignant at this risky choice.

It should not be forgotten that the Neapolitan pizza is UNESCO heritage, therefore its recipe is as sacred as the cult of San Gennaro. Cracco has created a pizza that differs from the original type, with mixtures of different cereals that make it more crunchy, and with a thicker sauce.
