First weekend dedicated toApril anticyclone. This weekend it reigns supreme Narcissus and so here it is temperature maximums exceed ten degrees seasonal average, a bit throughout Italy. A'African heat wave, therefore, and Cagliari it is no less. In the Sardinian capital, in fact, the high temperatures have pushed many to flock to the beaches Poetto e Calafly for an early summer.

The April anticyclone, Narcissus, coming from Morocco, gave the whole of Italy an extraordinary summer preview. In Sardinia, in particular, the temperature they touched i 30°, with a situation not far from that of other cities in the South.

And then, in Cagliari, everyone at Poetto, one of the main city beaches. In fact, along its eight kilometer seafront, many have indulged in long runs or relaxing walks, perhaps enjoying an outdoor lunch or a cold drink in the shade of one of the many kiosks. On the sand, then, lots of sun and there are those who have equipped themselves with a towel, umbrella and bathing suit. Among the more daring, there was no shortage of those who took their first swim of the year. In short, at the foot of the Saddle of the Devil it was an early summer.
Spring Calamosca, an alternative to Poetto
But there is not only Poetto in Cagliari. In these two days of 6-7 April, with an entirely summer flavour, also the other small city beach of Calafly it was a great alternative. Towel and aperitif on the beach, in the shadow of the lighthouse, and the weekend flies by like this.
Temporary "summer", changes from mid-week
A very anomalous summer situation, of course, but destined to happen subside in the middle of next week. In fact, between 10 and 11 April, the transit of a disturbance will cause temperatures to drop again.
