The protagonists of the Ligurian music festival have been, in recent days, Francesco Gabbani, the winner of the 2017 Sanremo Festival. Then Fiorella Mannoia will follow. Both live shows took place in the harbor.
A three-way performance with Gino Paoli, Danilo Rea and Franco Fasano is scheduled for August 25 at the Simonetti Auditorium.
Ligurian pesto: what a passion!
Tasty raw sauce, symbol of Ligurian cuisine, the pesto it is the excellence of every locality in the region. And Alassio is no exception.
The fundamental ingredient of this sauce for bruschetta and pasta is basil, beaten in a mortar with salt, pine nuts, garlic, seasoned with Parmesan, Sardinian pecorino and extra virgin olive oil.
