1 factory, 7 production lines, 24 pasta shapes. These are the numbers of the Piano Luppino pasta factory, which was born on an enchanting hilly landscape that surmounts the Lametina plain. Land where, once upon a time, lupins were born spontaneously. Cultivated, then, in vineyards that are flanked by expanses of grains and germana. The pasta factory was born from the boundless love for this land, from the passion for good food, from the pleasure of healthy eating. And pasta made for and with love delights the palate with goodness, genuineness and feeling. From respect for the land and the environment a sustainable cultivation has been undertaken, a path of local development, a 0 km production.


The strong points of the production are the slow working of the dough, extruded at low pressure, almost as if it were done by hand; bronze drawing, which allows the porous surface to retain the sauce; drying at a low temperature, so slow as to retain the nutritional values ​​of each grain as much as possible.
There are seven production lines with the most varied formats, excellent in white with olive oil or with the most imaginative dressings. #everyday, high quality artisan pasta, bronze drawn, suitable for daily use. #whole wheat, up to 7,3% fiber: lightness and digestibility for those who pay close attention to a healthy diet. # specialties: pasta shapes for gourmet dishes, subject to processing cycles of up to 35 hours. 100 × 100 Calabrian “Opera”, a limited series of pasta produced with 100% Calabrian grains.

Each year a specific quality is chosen. Durum wheat sown in Condofuri and stone ground by Molino Barreca, in 2018; "Opera" variety sown in Cutro, stone ground at the "Antica Macina di Pietro Musio" mill in Pianopoli, in 2019. The line #cheftonytorcasio made by chef Tony Torcasio with a blend of durum wheat for gourmet recipes, which has won national and international awards. #legumes and cereals, on the other hand, it is a line produced from stone-ground legumes and cereals expertly blended by the expert miller Pietro Musio. Pasta rich in nutrients, essential in our Mediterranean diet. In the end, #extremeenergypower, a line for those who practice sports, a paste from which to obtain the energy needed to face intense training sessions.
To these, the line has been added #dining designed for the kitchens of the best restaurants, resistant, which lends itself to fast preparation times and excellent with fish sauces or any recipe.
