While experts from the Scientific Technical Committee are calling for new restrictions for the days of the holiday season, the government is about to enact a new Refreshments Decree. This is the fifth intervention in a few months promoted by the national executive in support of the economy in serious trouble.
From the rumors that circulate in the corridors of Palazzo Chigi, it seems that the prime minister and the ministers of the government are also thinking of a new bonus of one thousand euros for the VAT numbers. Refreshments 5 it should therefore be launched before the end of the year.

In the new economic measure being drawn up by the Council of Ministers, it seems that great attention will be paid to self-employed workers with VAT. And in particular to all those who have been cut off from the perception of the previous incentives given by the national executive.
In fact, in the Refreshments Decree ter and quater, issued in this phase of lockdownlight, non-occasional workers enrolled in the separate management of INPS are not included in the categories of beneficiaries of government contributions. Therefore, precisely for this category of workers, previously penalized, there would be a bonus of one thousand euros. The goal is to support many categories of workers. In particular, those that have suffered heavy decreases in turnover due to the crisis generated by the pandemic.
