Midfielder Jacopo Petriccione, formerly of Lecce and currently at Crotone, could return to Serie B: the Cagliari. It would be a return to the cadeteria, therefore, for Petriccione after relegation to Serie C with Crotone. The midfielder would find Mr. Liverani on the Cagliari bench.
In addition to Petriccione, Cagliari also probed Valoti of Monza and Florenzi of Cosenza. For the Cagliari attack, on the other hand, the idea of lapadula, another former Lecce at the time of Liverani.
