- 4 tablespoons grated cheese,
- 1 glass of water or vegetable broth.
Pasta with sausage: preparation
To begin, take a saucepan and pour a round of olive oil into it. Now add the white onion after having chopped it and let it fry over low heat. While preparing the sauté, chop the carrot and celery. So, when we see that the onion begins to wilt, add the chopped carrot and celery and let it continue to fry over low heat. Meanwhile, let's remove the sausage from the casing and add it to the sauté, crumbling the sausage very well. In the same way we let the sausage brown and wait until it becomes completely white. Then we blend everything with some wine. As mentioned in the ingredients, the wine can be white or red. We wait and let the alcohol evaporate.
So let's add a glass of boiling water. Alternatively, you can use a vegetable broth. Finally we add the aromas we have chosen previously. Chopped parsley or rosemary. We leave to cook for 15-20 minutes.
Pasta with sausage: how to complete and present the dish
To complete the job, let's cook the pasta. When there are a couple of minutes to the end of cooking, drain the pasta and transfer it to a saucepan with the sausage. Then we mix the pasta and add a little cooking water. Finally we wait until the pasta is cooked to remove it from the heat. Then add plenty of grated cheese and mix.
