Nunzia is the queen of pasta makers in the village of Old Bari, one of the historic preparators of pasta symbol of Puglia. She has lived and worked for years, as her grandmother and mother taught her, at her home in Arco Basso (in front of the Swabian castle of Bari), better known as Via delle Orecchiette. That alley, that street and her house have become obligatory stops for tourists and supporters who go to Nunzia to eat (her family runs a restaurant) but above all to see her at work and take photos with her and the others beansand stayed.
