To celebrate the debut of the animated film "Luca" Pixar license plate, near Monterosso, in Liguria, two underwater statues portraying the protagonists have been inaugurated Luca and Alberto. The film is set in Italy and the Cinque Terre now host the two characters in their marine version.

The attraction is made of eco-friendly fiberglass materials and depends with sand-colored paint, made up of natural stone dust. Each component respects the marine habitat. The two statues of Luca and Alberto they are 2 meters high and are located 5 meters deep below sea level, in the waters of the Monterosso beach. Right from the pose, fans of snorkeling they took the opportunity to visit the installation and discover this little diver. Made by Italian craftsmen and engineers, the two works are inspired by Luca and Alberto, the young sea monsters at the center of the adventure told in the feature film.

The installation will bring an important induction to the Ligurian coast, prompting many enthusiasts to immerse themselves and try their hand at snorkeling.

“Luca” is a Pixar animated film and available on the Disney + streaming platform. The film is set in a seaside town on the Italian Riviera and tells the story of a young boy who lives an experience of personal growth. During the summer he lives his adventures with his new best friend, Alberto, even if their fun is threatened by a deep secret. The two boys are in fact sea monsters from a world below the surface of the water. There are many references to Italy in the film and many Easter eggs related to our country.
