The "Taste of distinction", this is the theme of Golosaria Milano 2022. The food and wine event, scheduled from 5 to 7 November, is held atAllianz MiCo - Milano Congressi. This 17ma edition it concerns precisely the mood of Golosaria which over the years has given space to the excellence of food and wine.

They are expected hundreds of exhibitors and many innovations in terms of innovation in all sectors, including street food for the much appreciated street food. Among the novelties there is also an area dedicated exclusively to mixed drink, according to its multiple meanings. In this regard, the bartenders will be the protagonists of an event within the event that will accompany, at food areas and wine and that will also include the precious Top Hundred Wine Shop. One will also find space in Golosaria play area dedicated to children to experience the magic of the fairy tales of Mother Goose which debuts with the book Waiting for Christmas (Notify Editions).
Three days of events
Golosaria Milano was born from a book, ilGolosario, and its equivalent on the web ilgolosario.it. Reality of reference in the world of taste to get to know and meet producers, winemakers and restaurateurs but also to discover new trends and ideas. Golosaria Milano is the three-day event where all this movement, of people and ideas, is confronted. A calendar full of events including tastings, show cooking and wine tasting. Sunday will be there proclamation of the Top Hundred 2022 wines. The awards to the 21 memorable wineries of the year and those that have distinguished themselves with wine tourism.
Last but not least, a special tribute to the pastry chef Iginio massari. And again, the recognition, in collaboration with Comieco, to the six realities they have developed the packaging sustainable; and finally the awarding of the best shops in Italy. As per tradition, Monday will instead be dedicated to catering, with the proclamation of the Crowns and the Radiant Faces of the IlGolosario Restaurants guide and the assignment of the Unique Red Radiant Crown.
