The plot of Amici as before
Caesar (played by Christian De Sica) is the director of the luxury hotel Relais Colombo a Milano. He is fired upon arrival of the new Chinese partners and left out of work he discovers that Luciana (Regina Orioli) is looking for a caregiver for her father Massimo (played by Massimo Boldi). Massimo is none other than the owner of the hotel, a gentleman confined to a wheelchair, but still lively and who does not lose the habit of hitting on beautiful women. Cesare, in a game of disguises, is a candidate as a caregiver, presenting himself dressed as a woman. Lisa (the name chosen by Cesare) is assumed and between the two, between unexpected events and misunderstandings, an understanding is born. Wig, wax and women's clothes, confirm (as if they were still needed) histrionic qualities of Christian De Sica. Massimo Boldi, on the other hand, dusts off his famous curtain with a lot of tongues and sneers. A film very far from the classic cinepanettone and a non-traditional feature film by Christmas which stages a different sexuality. The new film by Boldi and De Sica marks the end of that genre comedy. He puts a point and concludes a saga with this last chapter. Italy has changed and the two actors could only end the era of cinepanettoni for good.
