The Association of Social Promotion Feet for the Earth was born in 2006 as a tool to spread ecological culture in its practical applications for everyday life.
Create contexts to live meaningful experiences in contact with the earth, learn about the peasant tradition, help fill the educational gap in an ecological key of the new generations within large cities, create alternative economy microcircuits to stimulate good practices of active citizenship .
These are the points of reflection that guide the planning of the many activities for children, adults and families in the spectacular Vigna di San Martino in central Naples, an ancient farm of the Certosa and a Unesco heritage, already cultivated with olive groves, vineyards, citrus fruits and vegetable gardens as well to the preservation of ancient plant species.
Feet for the Earth deals with environmental research and education mainly for children in natural contexts. The method is the laboratory one and the languages are those of play, art and creativity. We follow the systemic approach of ecology.
