The dwarves and the impregnable armor

From this union, with a warlike and bloodthirsty king, the legend of Dolasilla was born, a ruthless warrior with strong courage. According to oral tradition, the dwarf population decided to give the warrior some gifts to increase the borders of the kingdom: infallible arrows and impregnable armor.

The encounter with an enemy warrior

The warrior, daughter of the Fanes princess and the bloodthirsty king, fell in love with an enemy soldier during a hard battle and decided to get married. The figure of Dolasilla represented par excellence the emblem of the strength of this people. The king, worried about this imminent marriage, which would surely cause the end of the Fanes, ordered his daughter Dolosilla to be killed with his own arrows.

According to legend, on cold nights some sounds still echo in the surrounding valleys today. These tales, painstakingly reconstructed by local historians, have recently made a comeback. It was precisely the fiction "One step from heaven", with the great Terrence Hill, to catapult this fairy tale into the small screen. The series, born from an idea of Salvatore Basile, has turned the spotlight again on this testimony. Will the kingdom of Fanes return to the fore? Will the marmots be able to defeat the malice of the enemy soldiers? Who knows… imagining costs nothing.
