Victims, missing, floods, landslides. Facing a region struggling with the devastation of water, many have asked to be able to lend a hand, even by making a contribution. The regional council has decided to immediately start a fundraiser to support the people and communities affected, thanks to the generosity of those who want to participate in this initiative.
