Katia Terreni

We are Italian women, we live abroad, we are the modern migrants that today are called expats. When the “time for changing” arrives, as they say in Anglo-Saxon countries, it is time to leave and change. You are never completely ready to take the big step nor is expatriation usually the first option to consider in critical situations. Yet, leaving to have an experience abroad for years, sometimes for a lifetime, can really change us for the better if we know how to grasp the positive aspects. It does not matter if you leave to pursue a professional career abroad, if you accompany your partner on a trip or if, once you leave for a trip, you decide not to return. Expatriating is always potentially an experience with a strong load of “inner enrichment”. Through the blog we share with you our thoughts, our reflections and our life, we tell you our stories and open your eyes to the complex and very rich reality of being an expatriate. Because sharing online, today, is the best way for women to unite and feel close everywhere in the world!
