A tribute to Poliziano

We remember the bond that the village has with the famous Renaissance poet, humanist and philologist Agnolo Poliziano born right in Montepulciano.

Among the proposed themes there will be: From the Tuscan comedy of the 500th century, to agriculture in the Renaissance, from Dominican sanctity, to local archaeology, up to the final day of an international congress on the two patron saints of Europe, Bridget of Sweden e Catherine of Siena and an authentic rarity such as an exhibition of books printed in the 500th century by women printers who owned the shops.
