On 3 September the 100per100 Italian Talks are back, the format of international conferences by I Love Italian Food to talk about new ideas and visions on how to improve Made in Italy exports and encourage the internationalization of our producers. After the Japanese and US editions of this 2021, therefore dedicated to the first two extra-EU markets for Italian agri-food exports, this time the Talks are turning to European market. Indeed, the EU market is a market that deserves to be analyzed: in 2020 it represented 55% of Italian F&B exports and the growth trend also characterizes 2021. It is a simple market, without borders and regulated by common rules, but it has still a high potential for growth, not only towards emerging markets but also towards leading areas for exports. Here it is still necessary insist on the story of the real made in Italy.

100per100 Italian Talks - i love Italian food

This third round of the Talks will be held with a 'digital edition and will see six speakers on stage. We will address the point of view of the producers, with the intervention of Frances Nonino, sixth generation of the Nonino family and recently defined as the “influencer of grappa”. The directors of the ICE offices in Berlin and Paris, respectively, will participate in representation of the world of institutions Francesco Alfonsi and Giovanni Sacchi, given that Germany and France are the first two EU countries for Italian exports. It will then be the turn of the reflections of Filippo Saporito, owner and chef of the restaurant "The legend of the friars", as well as President of the Jeune Restaurateurs d'Europe Italia Association. And after the world of restaurateurs, we will also address the world of distributors, with a testimony from Germany together with Stephan Aswald, CEO of Antonio Viani Importe, a historic 100% Italian product distribution company.
