The romantic night in the most beautiful and evocative villages of the Belpaese. The engaging event organized by the 'most beautiful villages in Italy' association is back' and, also for this eighth edition, the special 'Flash Mob Unplugged' is repeated. An invitation to all participants who play an instrument to go to the villages and perform in the most characteristic corners.
The romantic night
On Saturday 24 June, over 200 villages of the association become the protagonists of an unforgettable evening, dedicated to lovers. The event is an important driving force for the promotion and enhancement of small towns that offer sustainable, slow and experiential tourism. Each village is already at work preparing its own program for the 'Romantic Night'. With creativity and imagination, love and romance are celebrated in a unique and magical atmosphere. From Valle d'Aosta to Sicily, all the villages participating in the event will be illuminated by many candles and will offer a rich program of initiatives related to theatre, music, dance, cinema and art. Love and romance will be represented and celebrated in the squares, palaces and streets of the villages. There are two characterizing and unifying moments: the dessert "Thought of love", created by Iginio massari and served in all the restaurants in the villages, and the customary midnight kiss crowned by the launch of thousands of balloons into the sky.

Anyone looking for an evening of romance and the beauty of the places, is a further opportunity that the association provides its members to increase visibility and knowledge. And of the social system of which Italy is certainly the maximum expression both in terms of quantity and quality. Participating in this event means giving a little support to the communities that are striving to keep these places of history and soul alive”.
