It was inaugurated at Taormina the first Italian Louis Vuitton Cafè, opened inside the Belmond Gran Hotel Timaeus. Managed by the staff of the prestigious hotel, the Cafè is located on the first floor of the building, located in Corso Umberto I, at number 150. The new space has 14 seats, from which you can enjoy the sea view. It is part of a larger project of the Maison, with openings in the most exclusive seaside resorts (such as Saint Tropez and Mykonos) and has as its leitmotiv the new LV By The Pool collection by Louis Vuitton, inspired by the blue of the ocean and the Mediterranean whites.

Menus for all tastes and selected aperitifs

The Louis Vuitton Cafè is open every day, from 10 to 22, offering menus and desserts that are well linked to Sicilian cuisine. From 18pm until closing (scheduled at 23pm only on Fridays and Saturdays), there is also an aperitif, which is part of a wider selection proposed by the chef Roberto Toro. The room is intimate and bright, with details in white oak and natural wood. The vintage furnishings and design objects mix with details (such as raffia wallpaper and Sicilian carpets) inspired by the aesthetics of the area. The colors chosen recall, also in this case, those of the sea.

Not just cafes

In this marvelous setting, it is possible to admire the Louis Vuitton store, on the ground floor of the building. Here is not only the latest men's and women's collection, but also the LV By The Pool collection, including clothing, bags, footwear, accessories and furnishings. You can also admire the exclusive bag Taormina Neverfull, the box of Louis Vuitton Summer Resort City Guides and the latest release from the Maison's Fashion Eye collection, Italian Rivieras by Slim Aarons.

New challenge for the Maison

The Louis Vuitton Cafè by Timeo in Taormina already promises some good news for summer 2024. The French luxury brand, one of the best known in the world, has recently joined its mosaic with the piece of catering. In 2022, in fact, the first Maxime Frédéric at Louis Vuitton café and chocolate shop opened in Paris, and earlier this year, in China, the starred Chengdu restaurant of The Hall by Louis Vitton. The third decisive step is today the Cafè of Taormina. A gamble that will undoubtedly prove to be a winner for the French Maison and for the well-known Sicilian location.
