Who are the pastafarians? what is discussed within their gatherings?
Pastafarians are pirates who worship the Flying Spaghetti Prodigious, based on the revelations that physicist Bobby Henderson revealed to the world in 2005.

The factor is not purely playful, in the sense that it is not fun for its own sake. The Pastafarian lifestyle is clearly and consciously a model: we externalize and represent a possible society, governed by a sense of friendship, frankness, supported by the culture of difference.
This consists in considering the different person neither guest nor stranger, but “equal”, without discriminating sexual orientation or tastes. Bringing respect, self-determination, truth to the highest priority: the aim is therefore the sharing of values lived with courage, irony, simplicity.
From a moral point of view we enable love and friendship in all desired variations. From a communicative point of view we use irony and satire. Irony to feed the aggregation and the critical sense between us, the satire to respond to your boring ones who, speaking on behalf of invisible entities, trying to condition the lives of others.
The critical sense for us is very important and represents a method of growth.
Are they present in society through collaboration with other associations?
They collaborate with many associations. Uaar, Luca Coscioni association, LGTB associations, associations that have organized “Non una di less”, student collectives. We have collaborated with social carnivals, we have excellent relations with Emergency. We founded the standing Tagliatelle as a response to the sentries.
There is an association that is very dear to us, that of Standing Candies, for example, we supported the campaign to abolish the blasphemy law.

The Consistory, or rather the Governing Council of the Italian Pastafarian Church, is currently electing the next meal. The president is Marco Miglianti, Scardinale of Bologna.
