Covid emergency in Italy: some regions switch from red to orange and vice versa and the national RT falls. Health Minister Roberto Speranza thus comments on the current situation. “Based on the numbers we have, some regions will go from red to orange, which means that the measurements have produced a first bend in the curve. But the context is still very complicated with a significant virus spread rate and full ICUs. The situation in Europe is not easy. France is in lockdown, Germany is calling for a new one lockdown. Here the closures and red areas of the last few weeks are bringing the first results. But we must be very careful ”.
