Back to Mountain Gourmet Ski Experience, the series of gourmet appointments created by Heston Blumenthal and Momentum Ski in Courmayeur sul Mont Blanc. From today, 16 March and until next Sunday, the best representatives of cuisine made in the United Kingdom will be available to residents and tourists in the restaurants of the Aosta Valley town. This year the first appointment is at the Caffè della Posta in the historic center and a Les Dames Anglaises on the slopes, to then conclude at the Jardin de l'Ange, Sunday 19 March, with a starred cooking show open to all.

Heston Blumenthal brings his again this year Mountain Gourmet Ski Experience on the Italian slopes of Courmayeur. The starred chef, in collaboration with Amin Momen, director and founder of Momentum Ski, presents the eighth edition of the gastronomic event at the foot of Mont Blanc. Four days of celebrations with chefs Jonny Lake, Canadian chef former executive of the 3 Michelin Star restaurant The Fat Duck and Isa Bal, winner of the Michelin Sommelier award in 2022. Both co-owners of the Trivet restaurant in London, who will work in close contact with chef Jean-Philippe Blondet, of Alain Ducasse Dorchester, 3 stars in London.
The event begins with an informal aperitif where guests have the opportunity to meet the chefs. The following day you can enjoy a dinner prepared by Jonny Lake and Jean-Philippe Blondet in the restaurant located on the ski area Courmayeur Mont Blanc Cable cars Les Dames Anglaises It is a charming alpine chalet, characteristic and at the same time modern and refined. The chalet is also accessible in the evening thanks to the night opening of the cable car.
On the third day, there will be a dinner prepared by Jonny and Jean-Philippe at the mountain restaurant Les Dames Anglaises on the ski area, combined with the mixology proposal of the local La Bouche in Courmayeur with live DJ sets. Grand finale on Sunday at the Jardin de l'Ange, with a free cooking show featuring the starred chefs and their refined gourmet dishes.
