The ban on moving from region to region lasts but you can return to visit our relatives. But with a mask, and in any case, there must be no gatherings. No party lunches then, not even at home. However, all those Italians who were stuck elsewhere according to the previous provisions will be able to return home.
More no masses - nor any gathering at risk, obviously. But funerals can be celebrated (only for relatives, with mask and respecting distances). Even for physical activities - necessary to keep Italians healthy by avoiding congestion in hospitals - the meshes are widening. The limit of two hundred meters from home for running lapses and individual sports training will be allowed behind closed doors. Team training (including professional football) will have to wait until 18 May.
At the race start on the 4th also manufacturing and construction, but always in compliance with safety protocols. Very strict protocols also for what promises to be the most delicate node of this restart: the flows, that is the transports that Italians will have to use again to regain normality.
Also the wholesale sale will be able to reopen on May 4th, retail trade no earlier than 18, as well as museums, exhibitions and places of cultural interest.

And the catering will be granted the take-away service (not just home delivery), but the customer will have to respect strict lines and distancing and above all not to stay outside the shop but eat a meal at home or in the office. For bars and restaurants to really open you will have to wait until June XNUMXst, when even hairdressers, beauticians and the most delicate activities will be able to welcome customers back.
Confirmed what widely predictable about schools, a place at very high risk for the uncontrolled spread of the virus. It will be back on the benches in September.
Many satisfactions and many disappointments, as inevitable in such extraordinary conditions. However, the shared fact is that the fight does not end and the defense must not slacken. After two and a half months of open conflict we enter a sort of Cold War in which the enemy is not defeated but secretly insinuates itself into our routine. Conte is keen to underline this at the beginning of his speech: "The phase of coexistence with the visus begins for all of us".
Aware of the difficulty of balancing health and welfare in such a difficult moment, the prime minister appeals to the Italian people, already praised by the international community for the tenacity with which they reacted to the initial attack of evil. As then everyone admired our united country, says Conte, "Italy can also be admired in the second half."
