Covid emergency, the contagion curve always has a fluctuating trend, while as regards the movements between regions it is planned to extend the blockade. With regard to today's data, the Ministry of Health announces that the new positive cases are 15.146 (yesterday 12.956). The victims are 391 (yesterday 226). They were 292.533 swabs carried out in the last 24 hours in Italy, with a positivity rate compared to new cases which rises to 5,1 percent. Yesterday's rate was 4,1 percent. Currently positive people are 405.019, 5.092 less than yesterday; while the discharged healed are 2.185.655 (+19.838 compared to yesterday).

It could arrive tomorrow, in an ad hoc Council of Ministers, the decree law to extend the blocking of travel between regions to 5 March. The measure, supported by the health ministers Roberto Speranza and the Regional Affairs Francesco Boccia, is also supported by the Regions to counter the spread of the contagion. The CDM has not yet been convened but could be held once the prime minister in charge Mario Draghi has been heard.
