The Conte government has launched the Ristori decree concerning "urgent measures for the protection of health and for the support of the production sectors most affected by'Covid19 epidemic". The decree, already signed by the head of state Sergio Mattarella, allocates 5,4 billion in resources for companies and workers affected by the economic recession caused by the pandemic.

53 categories have been identified through the Ateco codes that will obtain the new non-repayable contributions provided for by the Ristori decree. The new provisions provide for compensation of 400 percent for discos. Aid also foreseen for i taxi drivers and rental agencies which will have a 100 percent compensation of what has already been received with the first edition of the refreshments of the Relaunch decree. There are 38, however, the categories will have a contribution of 200 percent, from restaurants to swimming pools and gyms. bars and pastry shops, but also for hotels, tourist villages, hostels, shelters, refreshments will amount to 150 percent.
Non-repayable grants and smart working
It will be possible to request agile work (the so-called smart working) also for parents with children between 14 and 16 who are forced to stay in quarantine. It is one of the provisions of the decree for the protection of workers with children who attend schools and which increases the possibility, previously provided for, for children under 16 up to 14 years of age. Furthermore, for one of the parents, abstention from work is allowed in the event of a suspension of the teaching activity and inability to take advantage of agile work. In this case, with children up to 14 years, one is entitled to leave at 50 per cent of the salary, while with children between 14 and 16 years of age, abstention is not paid.
