It will be possible to request agile work (the so-called smart workingalso for parents with children between 14 and 16 who are forced to stay in quarantine. It is one of the provisions of the decree for the protection of workers with children who attend schools and which increases the possibility, previously provided for, for children under 16 up to 14 years of age. Furthermore, for one of the parents, abstention from work is allowed in the event of a suspension of the teaching activity and inability to take advantage of agile work. In this case, with children up to 14 years, one is entitled to leave at 50 per cent of the salary, while with children between 14 and 16 years of age, abstention is not paid.

"I signed the Dpcm only when we were sure that these resources were there - asserted the prime minister Giuseppe Conte - The non-repayable refreshments will arrive on the account by bank transfer from the revenue agency".

Reduce the opportunities for socializing

“Our choices can be legitimately criticized, we are in a democracy. But - underlined Conte - I want to say that we have not made indiscriminate choices. To prevent the curve from escaping us, it is essential to reduce the main social occasions. Only in this way can we decongest public transport, avoid crowds, lighten the tracking system. We are meeting the categories, an open dialogue and a constructive approach are emerging. The sacrifices and difficulties they are called upon to bear once again do not escape us.

If we respect the measures, we have good hopes of facing December with good serenity. We tried to surgically construct a series of measures with the understanding that they would have a negative impact. The Ristori decree, made with a crazy race against time - the premier points out - has measures for over 5 billion. It can be criticized but it denotes the responsibility of the government. We are making an incredible effort not to introduce new taxes, this is already a great result. We want - Conte concluded - social peace "
