This is Tom Locker, a player who plays in England, for Luton. The English club, through its official Instagram account, updated fans on the condition of Tom Lockyer, who collapsed today during the match against Bournemouth. The race was obviously suspended.
Here is the press release. “Our medical staff confirmed that the Hatters captain suffered cardiac arrest on the field, but he was quick to respond when he was taken away on a stretcher. He received further treatment inside the stadium, for which we once again thank the medical teams of both teams. Tom was then transferred to hospital and we can reassure the fans about his condition: he is currently stable and is undergoing further tests, with his family by his side. We thank everyone for the support, concern and warm messages received."
