Serie C, record numbers for season tickets

We follow the subscriptions of all the clubs in Italy on a daily basis (see our exclusive ranking). But as always, let's also take a look at the clubs that are not in Serie A or B. Yesterday we told you about a large turnout for season tickets in Serie D (more), today we're talking about the record numbers for season tickets for a Serie C club.

Let's talk about Vicenza. Despite the latest sporting disappointments, the Venetian fans have decided to support the team en masse and to subscribe to many season tickets. A good 5.500 subscriptions have been signed up to now. To be precise, 5.556 cards have been subscribed (380 new subscribers in free sale). Really important numbers for Serie C.
