For the second consecutive year the Foundation italiani.it it took the field with the resources and energy to offer well 14 scholarships. A commitment that the Foundation, chaired by Paola Stranges, carry on with a big heart to fulfill one of the most heartfelt goals: to work for promote the Italian language in the world. All these young people are now expected on the community noi.italiani.it where they will be able to interact and get to know other Italians around the world. The scholarship holders of the Italian language course
In recent days, an online ceremony was held to be able to meet the fellows. It was really touching to hear from their words the excitement of having been able to take this course. Great involvement also on the part of the president Paola Stranges and the director general of the Foundation, Lorenzo Stranges, always close to the causes of Italian emigrants and their attachment to their roots in their native land. The course was reserved for South Americans and the selection was really difficult because their link with Italy is strong and deeply felt.
The thrill of speaking in Italian
The doctor is present for the appointment Ennio Calabria, one of the funders of the scholarships for these young people. Ennio Calabria immediately established a good feeling with the young students, curious to know them and to know their origins. He was able to put them at ease since they were embarrassed to have to attend a meeting in Italian. Once the ice melted they demonstrated their ability to present themselves. All smiling and really happy to be able to speak Italian. One of the fellows also enjoyed composing a song in the language and sang a few notes live. It was a nice moment of meeting and above all of celebration. Any project aimed at keeping the study and interest in our language alive is precious. It must be supported with passion and firm conviction.

The young people found a part of the italiani.it team to welcome them. In addition to the top management of the Foundation, the co-founders were present Emmanuel Ferlaino e Luke Meli. Absent because the mind of the italiani.it project is traveling, Gerard Ferlaino, who sent his greetings to the attendees. noi.italiani.it aims to create this magical meeting place for Italians in the world. The Group was started within the community Italian para hispanohablantes. Here you can practice the language for free. Like? Each week a discussion opens on a topic and members are invited to participate in the chat and to discuss, ask for clarifications, ask questions and make proposals on specific topics. On the community there are many "angels" ready to welcome new members and guide them on the various functions. On the Forums, in addition to being able to discuss various topics - Cuisine, Sport, Made in Italy, Language, Events, Media Library… - a section has been launched where you can tell your own or family's emigration story in your own hand.
