Salernitana, Iervolino investigated for corruption

Bad news for Salernitana. As if the Campania team's unexciting start to the championship wasn't enough.

Danilo Iervolino, president of Salernitana, is in fact under investigation for complicity in aggravated corruption. A total of seven suspects for whom the Naples Prosecutor's Office has requested indictment. Among these also the general secretary of Cisal Franco Cavallaro and the general secretary of the Ministry of Labor Concetta Ferrari.
