Serie B has reached its ninth matchday and we can begin to draw conclusions regarding the average spectators. Palermo is firmly in first place with almost 25 thousand spectators per match. Among the (negative) surprises there is certainly the Bari (which from today has a new coach) which, despite being third in the spectator rankings, saw a loss of around 4 thousand spectators compared to last year when on average there were 24.200 fans at San Nicola (this year 20.515). Parma's spectators increased by almost 3 thousand units (from 10.700 to 13.424). The newly promoted Catanzaro did very well, fifth in this particular ranking and clearly above the 10 mark.
