Ninni Corda: the announcement of the disqualification
“Having regard to the communication from the Federal Prosecutor's Office relating to the measures for the conclusion of the investigations referred to in the joined proceedings nos. 304 pf 21/22 and 361 pf 21/22 adopted against Mr. Ninni CORDA, concerning the following conducts:
1) NINNI CORDA, as General Manager of the company US 1913 SEREGNO CALCIO Srl at the time of the facts, in violation of art. 4 paragraph 1, 28 paragraph 1, and 39 paragraph 3, with the aggravating circumstance referred to in art. 14 paragraph 1 letter. n), of the Sports Justice Code, for having, during the current sporting season and at least until 12.11.2021, put in place, also with the competition contribution of the players Cristian ANELLI and Federico GENTILE, repeated unsportsmanlike and threatening conduct against of some players of the US 1913 SEREGNO CALCIO Srl company such as to have aroused in them and, as a result, more generally in the entire team group a widespread and lasting feeling of psychological prostration and even fear for their own physical safety;
2) as UEFA A Coach, included in the "Role of Voluntary Suspended", in violation of art. 4 paragraph 1, of the Sports Justice Code, and 33, 35, and 37 of the Technical Sector Regulations, for having, during the current sporting season and at least until the middle of November 2021, taken care of filling and actively carrying out the role as a technician (coach) of the first team of the company US 1913 SEREGNO CALCIO Srl
participant in the National Championship of Serie C Gir. A (directing the daily training sessions, deciding the formations to be sent on the field, as well as the substitutions to be made during the matches) despite the fact that he was at the time registered for that Company with the qualification of General Manager and, moreover, the activity of technical was precluded from having previously requested and obtained voluntary suspension from the Register and, therefore, being therefore prevented from carrying out the duties deriving from registration in the Technical Sector Register;
- having regard to the request for the application of the sanction pursuant to art. 126 of the Sports Justice Code, formulated by Mr. Ninni CORDA;
- interviewed the information sent to the Sports Attorney General; - given the consent given by the Federal Prosecutor;
- noted that the Federal President has not formulated any observations regarding the agreement reached by the parties relating to the application of the sanction of 6 (six) months of inhibition / disqualification and of € 10.000,00 (ten thousand / 00) of fine for Mr. Ninni CORDA, to be valid as an injunction given the role of General Manager of the accused at the time of the commission of the facts referred to in proc. 304 pf 21-22, as an expected disqualification the role of coach in fact played by the accused at the time of the facts referred to in proc. 361 points 21-22;
- the agreement is disclosed as mentioned above. "
