Dark red zones in Italy: what the restrictions provide

The dark red areas in Italy, as in other European countries, have special restrictions for those traveling to or from one of the regions concerned. In particular for discourage non-essential travel, each traveler must be equipped with negative test to the molecular swab (performed 72 hours before the trip) and upon arrival will have to undergo a period of mandatory quarantine. These rules are not about workers cross-border or who travels for work reasons o family (severe). This solution therefore makes it possible to keep the epidemiological curve under control without necessarily having to close the borders of nations.
