Bad news coming from Salerno, where a footballer from the Salernitana youth sector was stabbed. It happened during the night between Sunday and Monday, near a shopping center in Casoria, a 15-year-old was the victim of an assault and was stabbed in the liver. The young man was rushed to the Ospedale del Mare in Naples and is not in danger of life.

US Salernitana 1919 expresses its closeness to Emanuele, a footballer from the Granata youth sector who was the victim of a vile and unjustified attack on Saturday evening in a shopping centre in Casoria. Miraculously, his life is not in danger but he will have to face a period in the pits. He risked losing his life while he was out with friends and found himself prey to a group of bullies of his age with knives in their pockets. It is unacceptable. We hope that he gets better soon and that this can only be a bad memory. At the same time, the hope is that phenomena such as that of baby gangs can be stopped with targeted interventions.
