Time of realization: 40 minutes

 

12 red velvet whoopies

Ingredients for about 12 whoopies:

350 g of 00 flour
1 pinch of baking soda
1 pinch of salt
100 g of butter at room temperature
200 g of sugar
1 sachet of baking powder
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
3 tablespoons of red gel dye
35g of bitter cocoa

 

For the filling:

200 g of mascarpone
350 ml whipping cream
80 g vanilla icing sugar

Procedure:

Whip the butter with the sugar, add the eggs, and then the vanilla and coloring.
Sift the flour aside, add the cocoa, baking soda and a pinch of salt.
Add everything slowly to the red mixture.
Put the dough in a pastry bag.
Spread some baking paper on a baking sheet, and with the dough form some disks spaced apart.

Bake at 180 ° C for 10min.

For the filling:

Whip the cream, add the mascarpone and sugar.
Stuff the Whoopies.
they should not be kept in the fridge, but externally at room temperature.
