Set foot in this historic building, located on the highest of the seven hills of Rome, is an experience that all Italians should have. It is not "only" the headquarters of the Presidency of the Republic, from the entry into force of the Constitution, but it is also a museum open to anyone. Visit to the Quirinale: what to know

There is no cost for a visit to the Quirinale. A totally free experience, except for the negligible expense to be incurred for the obligatory booking: 1.50 euros. This procedure must be carried out at least 5 days before the date of the visit. There are three ways in which you can make a reservation:

  • online: payment by credit card
  • call center: payment by credit card
  • info point: payment by credit card, debit card or cash

You can enter the Quirinale in a group of up to 30 people, with access every 20 minutes. The ticket is nominative and bound to a specific date and time. In case of delay it will no longer be allowed to enter the Palace. The ticket is non-refundable and the access data cannot be changed. In case of institutional commitments, the visits could undergo changes in the itinerary or be canceled.

How to get to the Quirinale

The Quirinal Palace is located in Rome in Via del Quirinale. There are several ways to reach this historic place:

  • Bus: Nazionale / Quirinale stop with lines 40, 60, 64, 70, 117, 170, H
  • Metro: Piazza della Repubblica stop with metro A; Cavour stop with metro B
